DeArmond is to Guild how Squier is to Fender, or Epiphone to Gibson. It's the more budget friendly brand, but the sound you get for the money of this guitar is insane. Set up in shop to play and sound perfectly. Transparent pickguard to not take away from the beautiful flamed maple top. The sound of the pick ups makes me think a Fender and a Gretsch had a baby and made the DeArmond.
